What does a sound bath actually do?
If you’ve never heard of a sound bath, it may surprise you to hear that it does not have to involve getting in the water. You won’t be needing your goggles and swimming flippers for this one, rest assured. A sound bath is an experience where you lie down and let “waves” of sound surround you. Think of it as if you’re taking a dip in a pool of vibrations (not chlorine).
